Transparency that pays

To honor that relationship, we keep our fee simple and fair, just 20% of rental income. No hidden charges. No surprise add-ons. No inflated “maintenance service” markups. When something needs to be repaired, the last thing you need is your management company tacking on extra fees. So, we don’t. The cost you see from the vendor is exactly what you pay. We share every maintenance estimate, invoice, and vendor bill directly with you, and we’re happy to facilitate payment — without adding a single service charge. 

 We also take our role as your “eyes and ears” seriously. Our Operations and Maintenance team perform monthly property inventories and preventive maintenance checks to help you stay ahead of issues before they become costly problems. Your home is treated with care, respect, and a proactive mindset.
